Please perform a trace route to the CS:GO ZE IP which is 216.52.148.47. You can do this in Windows by executing the following command in Command Prompt: tracert 216.52.148.47 You may reply back here with the results or PM me. Also, routing changes are not an uncommon thing. Routing from your ISP to other networks are always changing (e.g. going through different peers, etc.). Thanks.
