Additional information: 

I would like a little santa hat on top. Its a GIF but you dont need to do the extra work to make it into a GIF, it can just be an image. But just a Santa Hat and maybe change the shirt to red if possible. Thanks if you can do it!

This was a bit of a challenged not going to lie
whatever frame rate that gif is for whatever reason adobe suite doesnt like it
so i had to remake the whole thing frame by frame and export it a 0.04% of a frame each... and its still not perfect but i hope you like it.
Ill also include some stills incase you only want a static pfp.
