According to this post: http://services.runescape.com/m=news/twitch-prime-offer---free-one-month-membership?oldschool=1 - it says that if you link Twitch Prime with your RS account, you will be able to gain membership for at least 1 month as part of the deal. Twitch Prime is currently only available to customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy.
