Why should you be unbanned?

 

I believe the ban reason I was banned for was never a full ban reason. After I was banned I reached out to people to clear the situation out, and previously was told that the "straw that broke the camel's back" was the constant pinging toward a certain admin, though after consulting with her team & ex-boss, we quickly came to the realization that no one reported the pinging. None of the admins on her team that I consulted found it creepy. When I asked the server manager he said that the admin never reported this situation. I also spoke to the admin whom I asked what kind of porn she watched as an inside joke, and as she had mentioned to me beforehand, she never reported it, because it was an inside joke & she doesn't get offended easily.

 

I agree that I've broken some rules in the #ttt-staff chat (the spam/tagging ones), but I've also been told by some higher-ups that some punishments get forgotten if they happened a long time ago. I was also told that minor bans (mutes/kicks) were not taken into consideration with this ban. Before this previous month I don't remember ever being in an incident that would require anything more than a mute (I stopped pinging when told to stop, etc.). I also would like to ask about evidence, as TTT Admin I'm told that there should be evidence with a ban (usually those that are permanent, like my permanent discord ban), though throughout the month of requesting for this evidence I've been either ignored or told that it's due to stacked punishments. I would like to know what these stacked punishments are, and how long ago they happened.

 

Enough ranting, now to go to the real reason why I believe I should be unbanned:

I need to contact my team, it's been a very unproductive 3-4 weeks of inactivity on my part, due to personal life, but also not being in this discord, where I get pinged whenever an admin is needed. I also think it's been long enough to show that I've changed my behavior.

Since one of the ban reasons took place in the Purge chat and you mentioned me I do want to add somethings. (You can hide it since I'm not a mod but here I go)

 

1. The pinging was kind of I would say confusing. (Multiple admins and myself spam pinged mejilla)
So to the normal eye in my opinion that whole thing should of been addressed with everyone who was pinging her. (Even though some did it more than others)
I didn't see the times they told you to stop because well I rarely pay attention to that so I cannot put that out there.

I'm addressing Da Pain Wayne in this one, since I asked Wayne about his opinion on me pinging her and if he found it creepy. His reply was "I don't find it creepy at all"
