After going over the slideshow that you sent in, I believe that the user being reported may have used it accidentally/out of panic. If you go through the slides, you'll notice that when they use the item, the ultima particle system isn't present on the boss platform. Straight after using it, they end up dying to a zombie. These two points lead me to believe that the item was already lost due to it being in the zombie cage. Although the user being reported will not be punished due to the circumstances that he used the ultima under, we will keep an eye out for them in the future. If they prove to be a repeated offender, then we will punish the user accordingly. Report can be closed.
