I'm applying for a media team job position at my university, and I needed some advice as to what I should create, I've already created some art but need ideas for other art to create. I had created another post but only one person commented, and I was looking for some art ideas that could work for me.

Is there going to be anything on the back of the shirt? Perhaps consideration towards what to put there, maybe?

A great way to capture the attention of the university is to advertise their programs and resources.  Study abroad and Washington, DC programs are common, and maybe one of their more prominent professional/academic societies.  Even if they didn't hire you for it, then they might want it and you could still get something out of it; it would also help you build a portfolio and you could apply for similar positions at other places.
