Why should you be unbanned?

I was muted for making reference to the "Have you ever had a dream, that you, could, you, like that, you..." kid for about 10-15 seconds. Velocity muted me for the reason: "stfu" as what I assumed was a joke. So to play back I called him a "badmin" and Velcoity states that he was joking but now since I called him that he doesn't care? Now I don't have the opportunity to explain myself? I am confused on why Velocity's friends can scream in their mic and call him whatever they want, but I get gagged and muted? I don't actually give a fuck about the mute I just can't find admin abuse reports. This was clearly abuse of power and favortism as everyone was playing around and as soon as I tried to hop in Velocity loses his shit.
