It's been a fair amount of time since the ban plus if I remeber right, it probably was because it was this dude literally kept walking infront of me. You may only appeal a permanent ban until after 1 year has elapsed from the ban date of the permanent ban (10-30-19). You may re-appeal this ban on 10-30-20.
