He started to target me, which was fine, but eventually switched to my team. He went pyro and was dedicated to spraying flames in front of my scope, from the time he switched teams to the time I left, so for about 20 minutes without stopping. I've asked him to stop in the game chat and he responds with how he's just "spychecking" though it's clear he's trying to obstruct my scope view.
