However, due to connection issues that GFL as a whole was experiencing at that time the event was postponed to a later date, said date originally meant to be last week, but as per Rexy's request and as stated in an earlier thread this event will be played this week. Event Overview: Hello everyone! For this week we'll be doing as Rexy suggested and we'll be playing some good ol' Westersand, shrimple as. Server IP: 92.119.148.14:27015 steam://connect/92.119.148.14:27015 Time for the event: Saturday June 11th @ 4:00PM CDT. To check at which time the event is for you, check this website to give you an idea. PLEASE REFER TO THE TIME LISTED IN THE STEAM GROUP AS THE ABSOLUTE TIME AT WHICH THE EVENT STARTS! Notice: Events are scheduled in our Steam group, however, we also always announce over at our Discord server when the event begins. Special Kickers: Classic GFL settings on v7 (800 ammo). pF settings (900 ammo) on v8. VIP Rewards: Winners of any one map with one week of big V.I.P. Winners of both maps win two weeks of big V.I.P. Winning normal v8 godmode counts as winning the map. However, if the players would like to attempt Insane with these settings then that round can also be counted as a win. Rules: This event should be of chill nature. If the chill flow starts disrupting the tryhard nature of the event then it'll have to stop. Regular server rules will apply for this event as usual.
