The system said im trying to avoid a ban, but after a talk with a moderator on the gmod discord server i found out it was because the system sometimes mistakes using GeForce NOW as a ban avoid. Due to a bug with it, it prevents you from using GeForce NOW. The only way to prevent it is to not use GeForce NOW.
