I sometimes play on a VPN and sometimes not. It's just down to whether or not I forget to disconnect before hopping on CSGO. If I got banned because someone other than myself surfed on the same VPN IP, it's not a duplicate account - it's just a mistake. To be honest, I don't even understand what the "duplicate account" thing means. I just would like some response because I didn't do anything wrong.
