Um, is that sarcasm,I know its not translated in the Hebrew source(Rotter) but its possible to translate it on google and sometimes the sources themselves have the sources where they got their info, sometimes in English or Arabic.

Russian report says about a big SAA defeat by ISIS in the direction of Al-Raqqah, ISIS attacked and managed to push the Syrian Army 15-20 kilometers back while causing heavy casualties to the Syrian Arab Army.
