Why you should be unbanned: I was banned for targeting when I only felt like killing someone randomly. I in no way targeted anyone and I feel like I shouldn't be banned for Targeting. Targeting is intentional kill of a person throughout the round, I killed someone at the start of the round and that was it.

I don't think arguing with me over rules, then saying "think about your autism in dead chat" as you kill me is some random. Don't try to lie in a ban appeal because i choose if you get unbanned, on top of you having issues with other admins in the past. nah.
