I opened with a "Welcome back", and I totally mean it: Welcome back.  I really do hope to see you around.

You brought the topic up in the OP and so I didn't think we were being too out place in discussing it; I'm sorry if it makes you feel uncomfortable.  I have no problem dropping it given your feedback although I do think it's worth some thought.

Good luck at work.  Sixty hours must be brutal.  I've seen it in retail and it just really takes a lot out of you; I've been super fortunate in dodging those types of positions.

Well I am a Manager and a Production Specialist at Krispy Kreme so the work load is 2x as much and it wears on me daily, but I love the job and it makes me want to do Culinary even if it doesnt pay much.

I love cooking.  I love my current field of work right now, but I've definitely considered investing into a restaurant business or becoming a chef myself.  I'm a super picky eater and so I'd love to offer something for other picky eaters too, haha; I also thought of opening a small restaurant while I was studying abroad and for a project module...  maybe one day.
