Why should you be unbanned?:

I can't remember exactly why I was banned as it has now been around 4 years since, but the reason listed is "Ban evasion", so I'm guessing I was banned on another account and then tried to play on this one. I think at this point I have learned my lesson and would love another chance.

I don't remember which server I got banned on so apologies if this isn't the right place, I just mostly play CS:GO so I thought it's the most likely one.
