Wherever 681 dies, a huge expanding cloud of poison gas (akin to a smoke grenade) is released at the place of death, doing 10 dmg/s to anyone inside, almost like the balloon popped and released all of its helium. This would dissipate quicker but it would be a good way to add some more danger to him.
