Other than that, you've had to achieve 3 previous gags before receiving a permanent one. The previous gags are your warnings. You can appeal again in two weeks. For now the gag stays. If you have an issue with a player, you go through the proper channels. Using another players actions is not a valid excuse. Appeal denied.
