Quad extensions, 4 sets of 8, 6, 4, 2

Seated calf extensions, 4 sets, 8, 6, 4, 2

Glute/Quad extensions, 4 sets 8, 6, 4, 4 each leg

Squats, 4 sets 8, 6, 4, 2

Step-ups onto 2ftish box with 25lb weights, 4 sets of 10 for each leg

60 ab crunches with 5-10 lbs after legs
