Team: Neutral

Type: Neutral Evil/Neutral Special

 

Description:
A neutral evil role. The Outsider is able to win with any other surviving Neutral Evil roles(Minus the ones that are on No Team by default, such as the Amnesiac). He is able to view the identities of all other Neutral Evils at the start of the round, and they are all able to see the Outsider. The Outsider can also win by himself if there is no other Neutral Evils left alive. Note that the Outsider is allowed and capable of killing Neutral Evils if he wishes, which is important as the Multiple Neutral evil roles are not allied with each other so he can pick a side.
