Add back map thumbnails because people are braindead

So many people forget what a map is and vote for it and then realize it's a map they hate and leave. Please add back map thumbnails so our pop doesn't die due to people having the memory of a fucking goldfish

The map vote plugin that had the thumbnails had some issues and is, in many ways, more difficult to maintain, so i probably will be sticking with this system for the time being.
