The Chell Army is an elite group of Chell-skin users who just fuck around and enjoy the game. Rather than sweating and killing everyone without regards, we just hang around enjoying life. There is no rule breaking allowed, specifically teaming. If a Chell sees another Chell do an illegal thing, they are obligated to call them out.
