I killed Dustydrake45666. I was a spy and a T ran right in front of both of us and killed someone. Just walked away. Dusty didn't do anything, just stood there. I waited a sec, and decided to kill him. Since I was spy, I could see how the T would've thought they were good to do that. Dusty didn't say anything in chat or VC. I didn't properly explain in the report response because I was doing it in VC and thought Dusty would understand. What I did was pretty reasonable.
