Hello. I was apparently permanently banned today while attempting to connect to your CS:GO Surf Timer #2 server. The reason provided for the ban was "Duplicate Account". I am not and have never used more than one account on your server(s), that being the one with the details provided in this form. The only reason I can think that I may have tripped this automatic ban is that I recently began using a VPN and was banned while it was enabled. I am certain this ban was just a mistake of some kind. I thoroughly enjoy the GFLClan's surf servers and hope to continue using them in the future. Please let me know if I can provide any more details which might assist in lifting the ban. Thanks!
