What happened: 

Admin Ice banned me (30 min gag) for writing "neggev" in chat, which I think is unfair.  Neggev is not considered an offensive "n word" in any means. He said there was context, which there wasn't. Someone said "Use negev" in voice chat or something similar, so i wrote "negnegnegneg neggev" (reference to "nananana batman")  and somehow Ice got personally offended or something? Refused to lift the ban up in discord so I'm reporting him here for admin abuse.

Yes, the voice chat was discussing a Negev (not yours to be clear)

 

I don't see what other intention you would've had in this context. Negev is one of the most commonly used words for n word baiting.

I do not know when someone is holding a negev with such name tag and I could not have known as I was not in "spectator mode" , and still don't fully understand how my message in the chat is supposed to be connected to the name tag of the negev of  some random person in the server out of 64 active players.

Ice did not explain to me that there was such a negev at the time (when I texted him in discord for lifting up the ban) and that made it impossible to discuss this misunderstanding, which means he probably did not even know about this negev's nametag either, but instead just decided to randomly gag me for n-word baiting (a stretch), which is still abuse with admin rights.

"Negev is one of the most commonly used words for n word baiting." this does not mean we should ban negevs in a zombie server...

The voice chat discussion you mentioned in your original post was talking about this n word negev though. Ice definitely knew about the nametag because he was even asking me how it should be punished.

Then you are still missing the point that this was because of how you used it in this context. Even if this was truly an unlucky innocent mistake on your part, this isn't an appeal and the gag is long expired anyways. It's also clear that no actual admin abuse took place here, so I will be closing the report.
