Why should you be unbanned?

I don't know what I did and I was banned from logging in. It said that it was because of hackers, but I have been playing in the gfl community for a long time, and I have never used illegal software.

It is not possible to obtain these jump stats legitimately, wait out your 1 week ban and don't use cheats in the future.
