Since you didn't give your SteamID, I can't search up your account to make sure that you didn't get a mute under another name. Please go to a site like https://steamid.xyz/ and paste in the URL to your steam account, and then the site should give you back what your SteamID is.

I still don't see any mutes for your account. The only thing I can think of is maybe you were trying to talk during a map vote? In order to stop people from influencing the vote (and all the spam that comes along with that), the majority of players are auto muted every time a map vote comes up. However, this mute is lifted when the map vote ends, and players are free to speak again.

 

If you are still muted when next you join, try typing !comms in the ingame chat. That command should give you information about any currently active mutes that you have.
