Garry's Mod aka GMOD (as it is commonly called) is a very unique game that is basically several games inside another game. There are over 50+ game modes; every one of them more creative than the last. The games range from role-playing, to playing as a murderer, to even fighting zombies - or becoming the zombie! Garry's Mod combines all types of game genres and hosts it in one main game.
What is Garry's Mod?
Garry's Mod was originally a sandbox physics game created by Garry Newman and developed by his company, Facepunch Studios. The game then changed to consist of many different game modes that include DarkRP, TTT (trouble in terrorist town,) and Murder - this change was done by the community itself! The game is available on steam for only $10 (cheaper on sales). The catch, though, is that some servers use textures from CS:S ( Counter Strike Source), so I recommend buying GMOD and CS:S if you do not want missing textures everywhere (however there are other means of getting textures without buying CS:S) This game offers fun experiences for everyone who plays on it. There is a gamemode for everyone, and no one is left out.
GFL Garry's Mod Servers
GFL currently owns 6 GMOD servers which produces hundreds of dollars which go into making GFL, one of the best communities out there! Some of those GMOD servers are the top servers in their respective game mode, which is a HUGE accomplishment. Here are the servers and their current managers:

Our GMOD Division is vibrant and alive. On average, you can expect our GMOD servers to have 88 players1 connected at any given moment. The people who help run such a successful division are Violator, Zebra, and Butterking. These are the three division leaders of GMOD, and they've been Divisional Leaders for quite some time now and have made many important contributions over the years. They are always looking into expanding into new game modes, and doing whatever is required of them to help the Garry's Mod division thrive.

Conclusion
The division has changed a lot over these past few years and we hope that the division will continue to change, grow, and expand! The Divisional Leaders are looking into adding new servers to our GMOD division which includes a HogwartsRP server and an SCP-RP server. Of course, these aren't guaranteed as of yet, but they have great potential. The GFL community looks forward to witnessing the growth and expansion of the Garry's Mod division!
