Fix SCP-2639-A's Description

This is a short tweak for a minor thing that nobody really cares about. But if you want to make it so that people know that you can't kill humans as SCP-2639-A than the best thing you can do is to at least fix their description.

It displays the text when you are AFK for some reason. Also you can fix the "A" in "ARE" if you wan't to, it looks bugged.

The A in are is ment to look like that I believe. As for the rest, +1.
