A person impersonating X2D but whoever tried to impersonate x2d does not know the correct information to trick others  They used the wrong person to say that information. But negpos, it wasn't x2d that demoted violator. It had never been him. 

X2D only told him why he was demoted.

Roy was the one who demoted Violator due to his behavior that he never changed for the past years. They gave him multiple chances that he, himself, refuse to fix or improve.
