I used a "Duplicate account" and I don't even know WTF that means. But, I use GEFORCE Now and my app glitched out, forcing me to use another option thats when I joined your server via other option (using another button that solves the glitch), then there I was banned for using a "Dupe account". With the same IP and account. Why should we reduce or undo the mute/ban? Well, I just want to BHOP and Surf there, on one of my most beloved servers.
