Auto-Cleaning Decals

To whoever overlooks/accepts & denies these,

I believe the "Auto-Cleaning Decals [No ULX and more admins mod]" could be useful on the server.

We have an issue with inappropriate sprays popping up constantly on the server, and, with them not automatically being deleted until so much time has passed, it may cause some problems/discomfort depending on the spray.

With the introduction of this addon, sprays will only last for (aproximately) the length of an average map.

This way, all the players get an opportunity to see sprays without having to worry about inappropriate sprays remaining.
