Can't connect to any server

Recommended Posts

Hello.

I'm writing here because I have an issue where I can't connect to any server on this new laptop.

Here you can see where I'm trying to join a server, and I have high packet loss and ping.

However, in my server list shows that I have normal ping on any server, so it only happens when I join any server, yes, even casual.

I tried everything, restarting csgo/steam, trying a wired/wireless connection, verifying integrity files.

I need help.

Edit: improved image quality.

Is this only impacting CS:GO (e.g. are there any other games you can play online, preferably Source Engine games)? With that said, do you have Windows Firewall enabled or third-party anti-virus software installed/running?

@Roy that was on a different laptop, If I recall, it was using McAfee as the AV, i did disabled firewall, but still couldn't connect me to any servers.

The one i'm using rn is ESET, no problems.

Edit: Didn't installed other source engines games that is MP, just CSGO.
