Which is the objectively best hostile SCP currently in the game?

Just something for fun and I would like to see other peoples opinions on. This is a pretty tricky topic to answer since most of the scps are really balanced or fill certain roles well. You don't have to vote if you can not think of an answer. 

 

SCPs omitted 

-All SCPS that are not playable 

-All SCPS that are removed currently

-All SCPS not on the hostile team cause they are hard to compare to the others(999, 035, 073, 2639, 990, 1360, etc) 

-1959(Too easy an option also reinforcement scp) 

-1861(Too new and also a reinforcement scp) 

 

Also please make sure to actually think about which is the objectively best and don't just pick your favourite scp to play.
