5x Server Update! (What's new?)

As weeks went on, the population for our GFL 5x server has dropped significantly. Starting from the Summer of 2020, the Server's population has went from an average 150 members, down to no more than 50 members every wipe. In solution to this, the Rust Staff's higherups have all agreed upon making minor/substantial changes with the server itself. We went from making the server a Vanilla Solo/Duo/Trio, to a Vanilla 5 Man MAX. Seeing the distinction between those two changes, and amongst a few others, we believe that it might be ideally to change the Server's configuration back to a Solo/Duo/Trio, while also tampering with the "modded server" proposal.

 

Therefore, as of December of 2020, GFL's Rust 5x Server will be marked as a Modded server, and having the team limit be 3 at max.

 

 

 

𝚂𝚎𝚛𝚟𝚎𝚛 𝙼𝚘𝚍𝚒𝚏𝚒𝚌𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜

• Solo/Duo/Trio Rule added.
• Kits were officially added. Current kits: Starter, Medic, VIP, Scuba. Check them out   here. 
• Spawn in with 3 pumpkins, along with the default Rock and Torch.
• Made the Airdrop's Planes and Crates fly/fall faster.
• Military, Elite, Oil Rig and Air Drop loot crates buffed.
• You are now able to build twig on any player-built building, raid blocked or not.
