Why should you be unbanned?

1.i didnt get to say what really happened 2.i told the people to move because I placed a bomb to get rid of it

3.Why did no mod even try to contact me before perma banning me?

Just destroy the c4 if you're trying to get rid of it. There's no reason to plant a C4 as an inno 

You don't need to be contacted before you're banned, that's why we have rdm reports and damage logs

In the future, do not plant a c4 if your goal is to destroy it. There's an option you can pick to do that

Yeah but I got karma banned before I was able to respond and got banned for a week but thanks for the help

You were probably karma banned due to killing innos with the c4 you planted.
