i have been unfairly gagged, i sought to create entertainment by playing a character, i have never mike spammed songs, music or anything nor said insults, i have a heavy Australian accent which however causes misunderstanding with my shorthand and difficulties with spoken English due to my speach impediments.

Hello DER VAT,

 

I am the one who gagged you for perm, and the reason for the gag is saying the f slur. The gag was made permanent in order to follow gag/mute progressions:

 

15 - 30 - 60 - 60 - perm OR 15 - 30 - 60 - perm (4 gags in one week will warrant a perm gag or hour gag)

 

The reason I chose to perm gag is because of the repeated offense of saying the f slur and other slurs. Instead of posting an image for each gag that shows the reasons, you can go check this yourself at the website.

 

For now, I want to see more effort and correct information in the appeal (put me as the punisher and saying f slur as the reason). If none is given, the report will almost definitely be denied.

you never told me any of this when you gagged me. I didn't even say a slur in, i remember the time and even the guy i was talking to  at the time said i didn't say anything, you keep mishearing my Aussie accent, i called him a camping fuckin asshole.

 

I have a developmental speech disorder that makes my words slurred and sometimes difficult to understand, you know that yet keep punishing me for words you mishear.

Going to deny this appeal. You're a known trouble-maker on the server, and you have several infractions made against you for slurs. You also have two mutes made against you for using slurs, so it isn't limited to voice chat only. Feel free to re-appeal in a few months after you believe that you have changed.
