Hello. Some of you may have noticed that I occasionally appear in the outgoings log on this site. This is due to a limitation of PayPal that prevents me (a subuser currently) from adding additional subscriptions to the main account. As a result, I must proxy these expenses through my personal accounts.

 

In an effort to provide increased transparency, I will be attempting to provide proof of purchase for all transaction items posted to the outgoing log under my name going forward. Please note that items may be a few cents to a couple of dollars above the amount of the receipt as I do incur transaction fees.

 

If you have a question about any particular transaction, I ask that you reach out to me directly.

I have purchased the prize item for the Physion giveaway and intend to reimburse myself using GFL funds. Details are as follows:

 

-9.40 was transferred from GFL to myself. The extra 40 cents were to cover the transaction fees from PayPal.

 

 

The prize selected was this steam workshop item. It was $8.89 at the time of writing

 

 

This is the receipt from steam from me adding the funds to my account using my credit card.

 

 

As of now, I hold the item and will send the item to the winner of the event on the date specified in the screenshot.

I have purchased $10 worth of CS:GO Tokens for our CS:GO servers and reimbursed myself using community funds.

 

 

 

Purchase was necessary as we ran out unexpectedly:

I have purchased a subscription to RustAdmin using my credit card and have reimbursed myself with the GFL funds. The first payment was 8 euros and subsequent monthly payments will be 10 euros.

I paid the Backblaze B2 bill with my credit card and reimbursed myself with the community funds. I have dramatically reduced the amount of data stored in B2, so our bill should be much lower next month. Specifically, we previously held around 17 TB of data (~17 * $5 / mo ≈ $85 / mo) and we now hold just under 4 TB (~4 * $5 / mo ≈ $20 / mo)

Paid the bill for the server that the Physion servers run on. @Salad's been working on revamping the Physion perks and has brought in $137 so far for the month. Assuming it keeps up like this (and we don't have absolutely no donations for the remainder of December), Physion has reached the point of sustainability
