Why should you be unbanned?

Sorry for the private message i sent to dini i figured it out now lol, basically today I tried joining surf timer #1 and #2 (the only thing I use CSGO for apart from other 1v1 server) and i got a message saying I was banned, I inmediately thought it was something to do with chat? but i almost never type anything nor use voice chat, I went and looked on the gfl bans dashboard and it says Perma ban for "    [SourceSleuth] Duplicate account", idk what that means, looked it on google and some1 says its bc of another account got banned and tried to enter with new account, well this account is the ONLY steam account I have, and Ive been playing in the surf servers for almost 2 years, thanks in advance!
