SCP-2662 "cthulhu f'UCK OFF"

Description:

SCP-2662 is a cognitohazardous entity approximately 4 meters in height and 200 kilograms in weight. SCP-2662 appears to be in a vaguely humanoid shape, with approximately 20 additional muscular hydrostats in similar structure to cephalopod limbs attached to its back. 

 

SCP-2662's primary anomalous effect only occurs after long-term repeated exposure, usually by being in the same room as or interacting daily with SCP-2662. Subjects exposed to SCP-2662 for a period of 6 months or longer are at risk of becoming acutely aware of SCP-2662's wants or needs and are compelled to fulfill them; they may also suffer from quasi-psychotic episodes when under stress.

 

SCP-2662's secondary anomalous effect is the spontaneous generation of religious followings at an approximate rate of at least once a month. This generation is involuntary and causes SCP-2662 notable distress.

Spawn: SCP-049's Hallway (Not inside 049's room)

 

      Mechanic

LMB: Punch (Attack)(Explained more at Information)

RMB: Create Religious Group (Explained more at Information)

Special: Close Range Control (Explained more at Information)

 

    Information

LMB: Punch

Range: Close

When SCP-2662 punches an enemy,

the enemy get's slowed down.

This helps SCP-2662 convert enemies

into religious members.

 

RMB: Create Religious Group

Cooldown: 240 Seconds (4 Minutes)

SCP-2662 creates a religious group.

Religious groups spawn at any of the

NTF wave spawns.

Only 3 Religious Group Members spawn.

 

Religious Group Member (RMB):

Stats:

-100 Health

-Human Sprinting Speed

-Team: SCP Objects

Spawning Items:

-Crowbar

-Random Pistol

-Level 4 Keycard

-TRO Medic Medkit

Note: Religious Group Members are able

          to pick up items

 

 

Special: Close Range Control

Range: SCP-066's Range

When anyone gets into the range

of SCP-2662's special for 2 Seconds,

they will become a religious 

group member.

 

Works similar to SCP-2845's

automatic death if anyone

is near it.

 

Religious Member (Special):

Stats:

-100 Health

-Human Sprinting Speed

-Team: SCP Objects

Spawning Items:

-Level 2 Keycard

-Crowbar

Note: Religious Members are able

         to pick up items.

Conditional +1.
I really, really like this idea.

All I ask for is that the close-range

special be like 5-10 seconds

because a game-changer like

switching teams in 2 seconds?

nah.

STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM, NOBODY BREAKS THE LORE ON MY WATCH! I'm confiscating  your lore breaking post. Now pay your fine or its off to jail.

 

SCP-2662 should be peaceful SCP but technically hostile to others, aka he can't do damage, and either

1. Random people in the faciility every minute will turn into a cultist

or

2. people around him will turn into cultist

they then try to escort him out of the facility, at a escort point.

 

the problem is SCP-2662 is hard to transfer into the game.

yeah, ok, maybe.

 

I'd be ok with a change to make it so that the followers don't do damage + are converted around him ( not hostile to MTF, so not shootable, but also complete assholes because they're loyal to this scp)

 

but still, lore breaks for playability is probably half of Breach, so what do you expect

My problem with this post of course is that, technically SCP-2662 is on the foundations side, but his followers aren't, they don't even listen to him.

 

They aren't also harmless, Detonating bombs, taking out guards, just to get to SCP-2662 and either

1. Sacrifice stuff or themselves to him, without his consent.

or

2. try to take him / breach him

 

Most of the incidents end with SCP-2662 contacting Tau-9 to take out / get rid of his "Followers"

if we do add SCP-2662 we should also add Tau-9 as a task force that has a high % chance to come when SCP-2662 is alive.

Idea that makes this closer to lore:

This SCP is on the Foundation side, but his 'converts' are on his side and his side only, so they kill anyone who would try to remove him from the facility (All foundation teams + SCPs )
