this is a classic surf for tf2 its the legend of zelda one only this time its redone and looking prim and proper :D ramps are smooth jail looks good and ll over i feel this may be a good fit 

 

We do need some newer sleeker slicker surf maps. alot of tf2 surfing is dull and outright bland. i like surfing on the good looking vibrant maps wich this appers to be such a thing haha

i am suggesting this as a map because players love the arena maps i noticed. This is a 32 player sized air arena in short. its long ramps its open its big jumps. Its an air arena in its own right.

This map i hae been eyeballing for some time now. This is a kotf surf. Yes capture the flag. This is a map we would need to test on the test server with at least 4 pepole if not more. players have been talking about a kotf surf or a payload surf or something along those fantasys. well perhaps this is the reality.

this is a snowy arena much like air arena i am suggesting yet another arena because players like them. this is a more holliday feeling of a map from what i have seen this would be good to run as a seasonal map mabey from sept to april? im unsure if we should even run this but if it proves to be smoother than enterence or say air arena why not?

another ctf surf but this time its got two jails take a look 

 

i feel we should add

surf_lost_civization

 

into the map roto. its clean map with good skybox and nice smooth ramps and lots of places to fight its based upon a temple so you surf up and down in a spirla sort of arena. hard to explain but a nice map overall 

 

surf_ny_exploder_prime

 

this is a arena combat surf based around a jail and multipul platforms. this map is a big hit in css and i feel it would work out with us in tf2 well aswell.

 

surf_ny_exploder_master

this is a newer exploder i have not played it on css and i do want too. this map looks and feels neer perfect. i do not know how it would do with players.

I prefer to stay away from workshop maps because they would confuse players to know what map is it and other stuff.

I agree 100% however we've looked at just about ever game banana map there is... we're gettin down to a wire here

Some other maps I'd like to see in the server are Surf_venice_v5, the venice we have now is lacking, the jail is confusing and impossible to get out of

A few weeks ago, Sour mentioned a surf air_arena night. I'd really like to see that as Air arena was a very popular map.

Also, we do need more arena maps, those are the best ones(in my opinion) because it's not linear, there's no jails so anyone can just frolick without worrying about needing to navigate their way through a jail

I am currently working on air_arena to see if it will cause any crashes. If it doesn't, I'll put to back into the rotation, and then ahead on the weekend, Sour and the admins will be helping me handpicking the maps to be placed in the rotation. 

 

But jail is best part of the map, you have to survive and kill people in the jail before they get to you.

The map is a harder linear map with an interesting jail. The map is made really well and looks very nice. Im pretty sure theres a way out of jail and you can kill yourself really easily if not.

Added rebound into map testing. We're already going to test surf_snow_arena_v2 later tonight, though

 

I thought it's in the rotation. I'll have it fixed soon.

EDIT: Fixed. It should be back in the nomination list by next map.
