They offer for each refferal 50 cents it is almost 4x more than normal! is is scam or not?

It probably isnt 5 dollars more like this guy wants you guys to think it's 5 dollars so you'd use his code therefor giving him a small portion of money each time a person uses his code.

 

but a site would never give out 5 dollar codes because it was ruin their profits.
