It seemed to have started with her receiving permission from one of the Staff members, but it also seemed they passively gave her the blessing not expecting it to amount to anything. It did. She asked if she could do a giveaway and when I gave her my blessing on it... the team seemed flippy-floppy, and I would imagine their attitude on this topic has not helped the project progress any further.
