I voted for Yutehara because the the black really fits with the yellow, and the effects give it a really nice finish.

The other image is also nice, but the colouring isn't too contrasting. Like, the other colours don't stand out from the yellow, which don't make them too noticeable.

Voted #1 For the following reasons:
The usual signatures are horizontal, I don't often see any vertical ones;
The colors blend perfectly and I believe black/yellow themes are outstanding.
Despite the weebish character, which is not to my liking, it fits really good especially how his smirk combines with the abstract circles and light effects around the sig.

Reasons why I didn't vote for #2:

Yellow/Green is a nice combination but doesn't stand out as much as #1 sig.  The cartoonish character is definitely well drawn (if it's not a render) except for the glasses. Kind of trippy.
I like the way how the Eastern characters are looking, making it subtle. But it just doesn't feel a-par when competing with the first signature. Sorry
