There's meant to be a new team, but for now a temporary one has been established by council members while they rework guidelines, rules and ehm.... leadership I guess.

I don't know how much the plan has deviated, but the original plan was to make a new team with divisional/server-focused moderators, and a small cadre of "seniors" to globally moderate and teach the new boyos how things are done. The team will eventually have a new TL as well.
