I don't know what happened, but I got banned for a duplicate account. And I only use this account, why did this happen? And can I be unbanned?

You were banned or your "ip" was banned on same day for KZ Climb. The only way to be unbanned is for KZ team to review this since the original ban happened same day on same ip. I moved this and they will handle it as soon as they can 👍

As Dini mentioned, you were banned because someone on your IP address was banned for cheating. Since your IP is a home address and you attempted to connect the same day as that ban being placed, I think you're just trying to evade your strafe-hack ban.
