K4ppa 2 / 2,145 Report Post Posted December 27, 2016 So, I have a really bad laptop and I want to get the best of fps I can get. I highest amount I've gotten before is like 70-120 and that's from the lobby. I usually play with like 30-50 fps on regular servers or Matches, but when I play on ZE that has the REALLY detailed maps and the server is full, which is like 99% of the time, I get less than 25 fps and kinda get laggy to where it says I have my knife equipped but still holding my weapon. I lowered my video settings, optimized my pc, and deleted useless crap. This is my customized version of TheGamingBanana's configs: http://pastebin.com/896b9WHr My Specs: OS: Win10 Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz 2.40 GHz RAM: 4.00 GB Type: 64-bit GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family? If you have any suggestions, please post it below.
Eli 708 / 11,596 Report Post Posted December 28, 2016 Get a new comp. If you cant do that then don't have anything else opened when you play and play in a lower resolution than your screen is on the lowest graphics STEAM

Old PC Windows 8.1 Intel Celeron processor (forgot the GHz exactly) 4gb ram DDR3 512 GB HDD No graphics card (using processor // Intel integrated graphics) And 64-bit. I feel your pain man. Hope you get a computer soon! Thanks, Nap14hockey P.S. some suggestions: Use Razer cortex No Skype, teamspeak, or any other voice communication software. Restart your computer every once in a while. LordFlashheart 25 / 1,756 Report Post Posted February 7, 2017 Get rid of the config.. There is way to much crap in there that you dont need. You want to squeeze more fps out that low-tech laptop but there is nothing to be found in that config that boosts your fps.. You can lower the graphics in the ingame options, but you can adjust so much more by adding the right commands in your config Tomorrow (its 2.08 am here atm ) I will send you a proper config. Try that one out and you will be amazed. Your laptop has a onboard graphics card, probably a Intel HD graphics 4000 or 5000. Those are not made for gaming at all. You can allways try to sell this one and buy a second hand laptop with a dedicated GPU, you wont loose that much $$$. Or save up for a decent laptop
