-Fixed thirdperson cmd for SCP's

-Fixed glass break for 4715

-Re-added the Nuke: Only MTF Commander, O5-1, or Dr. Clef can start it. Everyone else can deactivate it with a level 5 keycard. You can only use the nuke at 6:00 every round as well.

-MTF now get considerable points after the nuke successfully goes off

-Changed thirdperson cmd back to normal until a fix for returning it can be found

-Changed how Class D special roles are selected

-Changed Special D chances to 1/4

-Added D-11424 (D Special)

-Added SCP-181 (D Special): Affects outcomes of most SCP attacks and special abilities, better rng with SCP-1162, chance of not dying to SCP-207, chance of not using a healing item on use, has a chance of not being affected by SCP-2953 or SCP-1861-B's freeze kar98k, has a chance of being able to use SCP-216 and SCP-1425 another time, while pointless also has a chance of surviving the nuke, and effects reinforcement rng.
