How do I change color of my text

I always see in the chat that people have changing color, rainbow, colorful text, and I dont know how to do it. People tell me to do !color but it says "You do not have access to this command, Tempest." If you know how, please reply and say so. Im really hoping that you don't need to be VIP or Supporter because I dont have PayPal.

Type !colors, not !color. Anyone can use any changing color or solid color, even if you're not a GFL member.

@MegaUpload Now now child, not everyone knows where everything is. He only needed a command to go to when he's on the server. I am 100% sure he would not want to visit the forums everytime just to find a color. And not everyone know that it's called "hatschat".
