Cpt.Haxray 774 / 13,610 Report Post Posted August 21, 2019 Sometimes gmod will display a model you have downloaded as an error. This is a bizarre issue and will only happen with certain models. Restarting your game is a good way to fix this. In your case, however, you might already have the same model downloaded somewhere. Clear out your subscribed addons and download folders.
